"10/10 perfect to be near Folly Beach and all it offers but a bit off the beaten path. Beautiful rooms, excellent, friendly, no hassle staff and a wonderful hot homemade breakfast. Get the top floor if you’re able the views are mesmerizing. We watched dolphins, jumping fish, birds and more from our private balcony. Perfect!! "

"This was our 2nd year staying at this home. 7 of us adults stayed very comfortably. There are 2 living rooms so people can separate if desired. Kitchen had everything we needed. My son-in-law loved the out door shower. Fenced back yard is a great plus. House sits across the street from the beach. The stairs are easy for the four legged friends. Our text for needs from the host were answered quickly and all our request were taken care of same day. The only drawback for my family is the spiral staircase and the layout of the downstairs bathroom. The only entrance is from the primary bedroom so the smaller bedroom guest have to pass through the primary. Can it be made into a Jack n Jill? I highly recommend this home."

"A fun place to stay. So close to beach access and very walkable to main street shops and restaurants. The best part was we were able to use the golf cart to shuttle our family of 14 to restaurants and not have to pay for parking cars. Host was very accessible and accomodating to our requests."

"The house was amazing! We went with our four daughters (ages 8-13) and my mom. There was more than enough room for all of us. My mom loved having her own space in the guest suite. The pool was perfect and the property is gorgeous. It’s tucked away without being too far to the beach. Everyone was easily able to make the 3 minute walk to the beach!"
