"We enjoyed our stay and the place was clean and easy to get in and out. Beds were comfy and linens fresh and clean, even the comforters had been cleaned which is not always the case. I forgot coffee filters but Bert's store is open 24/7 and very close by. Be sure to read all the pet rules for Folly Beach Beach or the police will surely stop to inform you as they are everywhere!"

"We loved our stay and enjoyed the house. Proximity to the beach was great and it was spacious enough for the entire family. The dock was great and we even caught a few crab. The only complaint I have is the outdoor kitchen that was advertised was...well not as advertised. The 4 burner stove wasn't working and there was no propane tank for the grill and all the pots and pans were rusted out. So if you want to have a large gathering of family to cook some seafood outside you can't really do that....

"Loved the house, loved the location and loved the stay. I especially liked the nod to the family’s heritage and history through the art work and photos. The property had character and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach easy for our 4 & 5 year olds. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived that made for a very nice welcome. I would definitely book this property again."
