The hotel is in a convenient location, easy to get in and out. The breakfast was average for a hotel that price and we ate there the four mornings, the pool looked nice, even though we didn’t use it. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We had a couple of requests and they fulfilled them in no time. It was a short family vacation and we would consider staying there again.

We found this hotel fast because we didn’t plan well for the trip we had for a wedding, but this was best hotel experience my husband and I have had in a long time. Staff were amazing; they remembered our names and greeted us every time they saw us. Continental breakfast was better than most - we didn’t go out even once for breakfast. Our room was spacious and we loved having the little kitchenette. The bed was down a mini hallway so you feel like the space was super private. We even preferred it over the resort the bride and groom were staying in! We’d go back in a second.

Michael at the front desk provided exceptional service, which was greatly appreciated by my family and me. We observed that two female staff members, specifically a cleaning professional with purple hair and the individual overseeing breakfast service, did not engage in verbal communication. The swimming pool facility was inaccessible for two days due to the necessity of chemical rebalancing. Our accommodations were maintained in a clean and comfortable condition. Overall, we consider this to be a commendable establishment, and we have consistently chosen to stay here one to two times annually since 2022.

Our stay was very good. Brianna at the front desk was full of great sightseeing and resturant recommendations. The only issue we had was the microwave in our room didn't work, we called the front desk and we were able to use the kitchen microwave thanks to Michael. My two room sweet was spacious and great for my dad and I. It’s only about 13 minutes from the airport, and 10-15 minutes from downtown. Downtown is charming but expensive and crowded; we thought it was great that we chose a location away from popular tourist spots. The negatives are it is extremely outdated and badly in need of an upgrade, and the breakfast is meh. There are some good restaurants very close by.
