I loved the apartment style accommodations loved how helpful the staff was the welcome drink on Pond arrival and everything about the hotel was just perfectly appointed. The only recommendation I would have would be to enlarge your signage on George Street so it’s easier to find.

What I didn’t like was our room was next to the street. The buildings were so close to each other that the noise amplified whenever the motorcyclists and cars were showing off and speeding and making loud noises throughout the night. Being close to the college made it worse. On the other hand The Pinch was an outstanding small boutique hotel. It’s clean. The decor is simple and beautiful. It has kitchen, and a washer and dryer in one which came in handy. The employees up front were very welcoming and very nice. The restaurant Lowland next to the hotel has great food. It is centrally located. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I do come back.

Beautiful property! The room was just incredible. Private and as quiet as one can expect / hope for when you are in the middle of a city. Great shower! In room kitchenette and in room washer / dryer. The room was actually quite well done. I thought the bed was very comfortable. My only concern, in the hot and humid weather, it was challenging to get in-room humidity down to a comfortable level. But heat index outside was over 100 and it was so humid out there - the room was always well cooled. Convenient to many restaurants, historical sites, and shopping if you are so inclined. Breakfast was good, simple options but very good. We either walked (hot!) or used Uber but they had onsite valet parking if you have a car. Do yourself a solid one day and skip breakfast to go to the nearby crepe place.

It was a very nice hotel room. Fully equipped and very well decorated and clean. Easy in and out. Valet was great. Best shower. Includes amenities but not the most convenient, free gym but it's down the street and the free breakfast is coffee, yogurt, breakfast pastries and waffles. Good but not traditional breakfast for any carb consciousness.

Excellent in every way. Front desk welcoming, room comfortable and clean, robes and slippers. Valet parking service was spot on. Lowlands Restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, was excellent, both the food and service. Efficient check out.

An absolutely lovely hotel in all regards other than the street noise. The location, rooms, staff, design are all first rate. The street noise through the single pane windows makes it seem like you are on 2nd Avenue in NYC. They can’t change them due to the historic nature and they do try to mitigate with white noise machines, but still very noisy. So bring your ear plugs and enjoy the lovely, lovely hotel

The staff was amazing and very attentive. Our room was exactly as it appeared online and was beautiful! The traffic was a little noisy at night but being right in the heart of the historic district that comes with the territory! We really enjoyed our stay and getting to know the area!
