Had a great stay at the Loutrel. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly and lots of great amenities were included. We were welcomed with a spritz & the check in and out process was super easy. The room was great and super close to everywhere we ventured to.

We stayed 4 days with the Loutrel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The attention the small details of comfort are remarkable. The staff is courteous, accomodating, and friendly--there was very much a family feel to it but a family that lives in the French Rivera. Super clean, comfortable bed, spacious, and just lovely. We booked a stay on a whim and were so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed, large, and stocked with drinks and treats. Our girls also loved the complimentary lemonade near the elevators and the gummy flowers in the lobby. The hotel is situated in a great location. We have stayed in Charleston many times and have officially found our new “go to” hotel. Thanks for a great stay!
