We loved our stay at the Loutrel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby area for breakfast and evening cocktails is bright and airy. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the daily market, and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here during our next visit.

We stayed on Christmas night. Absolutely wonderful. From the warm greeting with a complimentary cocktail, to the spotless room and tasty treats for us to indulge in. The welcoming note and thoughtful little gift were a pleasant surprise. Their small lounge was open and the service was superior as well as the decor. European breakfast was excellent. The hot food was cooked to perfection, the selection of fruits and pastries was outstanding. We left that morning with happy tummies to say the least. Valet service was speedy and attentive. I will absolutely stay there again. Best Christmas ever!!!

This by far one of the best experiences we have had in an American hotel. From the minute we arrived the staff made it special. Every detail was unique and above and beyond. From the arrival drink to the complimentary room snacks, the impeccable housekeeping staff, experienced and knowledgeable bell staff- it was all perfect. I wish there was a Loutrel in every city I traveled to. Everything was wonderful. The beds and pillows were exceptional. Snacks and drinks in the room are included, unheard of in other hotels. Happy hour included with your stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.
