"The room was clean, the view was beautiful. The staff was friendly, The location was excellent. Parking was available as well as beach chairs which was a nice complimentary thing to have. The Pinky's restaurant was cute and the food and drinks were good. The only thing I wish was to have enough space in the balcony of the rooms to be able to put some chairs and sit outside. The other downfall was the elevator, they only had one working and there was always a long wait and line to use it and going up 8 flights of stairs in the summer heat was not going to happen. Other than that I had a great stay and would stay again if I ever went back to South Carolina."

"My husband and I stayed in the Regatta Room to celebrate our 1 year anniversary of marriage! We were both amazed with the amount of character the room had and the coziness it provided. I would absolutely come back. We absolutely recommend!"

"Perfect location. The covered porch was wonderful on the few days we had a bit of rain. Plenty of seats so we could all enjoy the outside while staying dry. Kitchen was well stocked, we cooked meals for 10 adults each day with no issues. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Large driveway that fit 4 cars. Great stay!"

"Charming inn close to center of Folly, but far enough away. Excellent food and super sweet staff. The WiFi was a bit challenging. But, it did not keep us from loving our time at the inn. We will be back."

"This is one of the best houses our family has stayed in for vacation! Perfect size for our family of 4. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants and several beach access spaces right across the street. This area of the beach is also less crowded, which was so nice! The house had everything we needed: from towels and toiletries to cooking utensils and dishes, and everything in between. And so clean! The owners do a great job keeping this property well maintained. Host communication was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The house is beautiful. It has everything you need! And the views of sunset from the top floor were spectacular. My family flew in from all over the country to enjoy our beach time. We all loved the house and our time together. I just wish it was a little more affordable."
