"Very lovely place. Breakfast was great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will say however, if you have trouble walking then this may be an issue as we had to walk three flights of stairs inside to reach our room. Many many stairs. There was no indication of this when viewing the site on Expedia. "
"I came on this trip just to kind of get away and I decided to book this little cottage. I always go to Folly Beach. I love the people. I love the atmosphere. It’s totally different than Columbia South Carolina rooms were super clean. The attendance were extremely nice. I was only there one night, but they were very knowledgeable about the area and were genuinely good hearted people that want to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay. I will be back!"

"The house is spacious and light-filled with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location on the beach is stunning — we were there the 3rd week of September and felt like we pretty much had our own private beach with direct access. Sunrises while sitting in the deck were spectacular. We will return again. If you’re considering this rental, just book it!"
"It was the perfect size house for our family. It was clean, easy to access and the Host was very responsive anytime we had a question. The accessibility to the beach couldn’t have been better and everything we want to do was within walking distance. There were even beach chairs that came in handy. It was just about the perfect weekend. The weather took away our beach day, nothing anyone could do about that. I will also say, everyone where we went, the staff were so so friendly. Can’t wait to come back! "

"Great place, great location! Would stay again. Wish they gave more toilet paper, paper towels, and garage bags but we rent so often we bring our own now. We stayed with kids and adults and loved that we could walk everywhere. The free 250 rental equipment was a really nice add on! I believe there is one more room than noted in the upper level so that was a bonus too "
"Overall we had a good time and the location can’t be beat. Pros: the pool is AWESOME, location is so good and couldn’t be more on the beach, loved the big open floor plan in the main area, bed was comfy, LOVED the ice maker, views can’t be beat. Cons: wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked. Rug in kitchen was super dirty and covered in stains, found hair in drawers, etc. No beach towels were provided which is stated in the listing, but I think it would be nice to have those provided since you’re spending a lot of money to rent the house. Dishwasher bottom shelf is nearly impossible to move. The grill was broken, but after we texted a few times back and forth about it, they brought a new one. Overall it was a good stay and we created memories for sure. "
"The entire stay was perfection! We are a large family of six. Kids aged 11,7,4 and 1. There was room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the location was close to town. We were able to walk to the shops/restaurants. The kitchen had everything you’d need if you were wanting to cook. The TVs were equipped with cable and Netflix to occupy the kiddos during down time. The view was unbeatable. Nothing beats waking up to the sound of waves. This will absolutely be our go to place to stay at Folly Beach. Thank you for having us! "
