"This house was everything that I expected. It was perfect for the teens and adults. We especially loved the pool and easy beach access. The management company was quick to respond when we had an issue with garage door. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a large house with upscale amenities. "

"Perfect beachfront getaway for me, my fiance and our dog. Beautiful view of the beach, super convenient to the restaurants and "strip" while enjoying the quieter beach living vibe. The back deck was perfect for star gazing while the rolling waves provided a soothing serenade. Loved getting up before sunrise and strolling the beach. Everything you need is right there or a few blocks away! "
"Overall we had a good time and the location can’t be beat. Pros: the pool is AWESOME, location is so good and couldn’t be more on the beach, loved the big open floor plan in the main area, bed was comfy, LOVED the ice maker, views can’t be beat. Cons: wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked. Rug in kitchen was super dirty and covered in stains, found hair in drawers, etc. No beach towels were provided which is stated in the listing, but I think it would be nice to have those provided since you’re spending a lot of money to rent the house. Dishwasher bottom shelf is nearly impossible to move. The grill was broken, but after we texted a few times back and forth about it, they brought a new one. Overall it was a good stay and we created memories for sure. "

"We had a great week at the Wave House. Great location, short walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to into town. The house was spacious, unique and had plenty of room for our large group. We enjoyed the pool and front porch for meals and hanging out. Great house and would definitely stay again! "
