"We absolutely loved our stay at the beach house. The location could not have been more perfect. We were able to easily walk to the beach along with the great shops, restaurants and local spots that make Folly so much fun. If you’re hesitant because of some of the reviews mentioning Chico Feo across the street, don’t be! We actually enjoyed hearing the live music which was really good and never seemed overly loud or active. It just added to the fun Beachtown vibe. One of our favorite perks was having Bert’s Market just steps away being open 24/7 was incredibly convenient for late night snacks and anything we forgot to pack. The house was comfortable, clean and perfectly situated for enjoying everything Folly Beach has to offer. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend to any couple looking for fun walkable beach getaway."

Joyce makes you feel like you’re at home with grandma taken care of you. We had the Azul blue room, a smallest room with a en suite bathroom the decor was cute 50 style The only negative was a personal preference. The bed was very soft. They have a great little sitting area where we can sit out and watch the marsh everything is in walking distance within 5 to 10 minutes even with a bum knee I was able to walk to everything"
