"Great hotel. Loved the access and location to the beach. Pool was a bit dirty. Loved the use of beach chairs. But note: there is a company renting them also and it is not clear that those are not from the hotel. Also hotel chairs are not the nicest. Plan to go and stay again soon."

"Teresa was an amazing host! The house was perfect for our family of 8, plenty of beds, and we loved all of the different seating areas to hang out! Our favorite room was the back room with the big windows where we could watch the boats. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location of the property is ideal. It is still close to the town and the beach, but it is private and quiet with its own dock. We rented a golf cart, bikes and kayaks which I would highly recommend. The golf cart was huge to get us around the island; you could walk to places but it is a little far especially in the heat. We had the BEST vacation here and I highly recommend! Thank you Teresa!"

"Perfect location. The covered porch was wonderful on the few days we had a bit of rain. Plenty of seats so we could all enjoy the outside while staying dry. Kitchen was well stocked, we cooked meals for 10 adults each day with no issues. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Large driveway that fit 4 cars. Great stay!"

"We came down for a guys' golf weekend, and it was the perfect setup. The house is modern, spacious, and well laid out, with four comfortable bedrooms. After our rounds, we loved grilling by the pool, relaxing with a few drinks in the courtyard, and unwinding together. The location is excellent—inside the second gate with easy access to the Ocean Course and all the other Kiawah courses. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks for a great weekend!"

"Charming inn close to center of Folly, but far enough away. Excellent food and super sweet staff. The WiFi was a bit challenging. But, it did not keep us from loving our time at the inn. We will be back."

"The house is beautiful. It has everything you need! And the views of sunset from the top floor were spectacular. My family flew in from all over the country to enjoy our beach time. We all loved the house and our time together. I just wish it was a little more affordable."
