"I am 100% disabled. I was asked to move rooms three times due to reservation issues. I asked to see the GM the third time, and a new front desk person showed up who hadn't been there 2 weeks yet. I'll give them one more chance. Then I'll find a new place to stay while on Folly. Also...I'm a frequent flyer. I tip 20-30% in the off season. I deserve to be treated better, and with respect."

"Water’s Edge was close enough we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to go. The staff was terrific, very helpful, courteous and friendly- that southern hospitality in action. (Special shoutouts to Scarlet and Bri!)"

"House is small but nicely decorated and well appointed. Everything is clean and in good condition, no pet smells, appliances worked fine, kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, etc. Steps to the beach and a short walk to town. Wonderful front porch, extra parking in back. Host and property manager very responsive and accommodating. "

"Hi!Your link doesn't work.Just a few things that you might find helpful.Because it was dark when we got to the property, it wasn't clear how to get into our unit. We were trying to enter "Couples" with our "Seascape" key; explicit instructions would have caused a lot less anxiety.The kitchen was crawling with, what looked like, fire ants. I left a message with you that evening but didn't receive a call back. We bought ant spray, but because the activity subsided substantially, by the nextDay, we didn't use it (left it under the sink) for fear that it would wake a sleeping giant.Both bathroom doors more than drag and are quite loud when shutting (especially master) especially in the middle of the night.The main bath "hot" and "cold" is reversed; that was pretty frustrating.All that being said; the unit was decorated very tastefully, the view was spectacular, beds comfortable and we found folly beach very charming.Lastly, communication that I had via email was wonderful! Very pleasant and helpful.Thank you and all the best in your endeavors,Stephanie Langford"
