"Water's Edge is a diamond in Folly with a fulsome breakfast. It's only a few blocks walk to the beach but also hidden on a side street away from traffic. I loved this place, especially my Atlantic room that had a jacuzzi tub and a view from the balcony of marshes. I slept like a baby and was made to feel very welcome by the staff. It's a classic B and B in every way. You can't beat it in Folly."

"This condo is amazing. Very nicely redone. Roomy and comfortable. The balcony was a great size with plenty of seating and an amazing view. Easy walk to the beach and to all that Folly has to offer. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again. "
