"Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Pub staff also, and kindly gave my father no less than 5 different tasters of beers so he could decide what to drink! Lovely quirky interior - looks small from the outside but had lots of different small dining areas inside. Only tiny drawback was the very steep hill up from the rooms furthest away from reception. I hadn't seen it flagged on anything but that may have been because I used a third party site to book online"

However, after a visit to reception and a polite request for change of room, we were upgraded to a suite, free of charge, which was much more comfortable. The staff at The Bromley Court are amazing, most friendly and helpful."
