Short stay of 2 nights, good location, parking ok, reception staff were friendly and helpful, free parking for residents, room was okay, needs a refurbishment, broken and cracked tiles in bathroom, shaving mirror broken, toilet very low, shower over bath was good, powerful, tea and coffee facilities adequate, noticed no USB points in room, TV was okay although no You Tube, Bed was very comfortable , enough seating options . Dinner on 1st night was very over priced, breakfast was however excellent, plenty of choices with freshly cooked food.

Lovely hotel comfy bed breakfast excellent staff very friendly the only downside was no fridge in room and this weather would of been good to put the water in and no glasses or plastic cups for in the bathroom had to use coffee cup but otherwise brilliant hotel

Good hotel. Really good breakfast, lots of choice. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Only annoying thing was that children could not use the pool until 9am. I understand why however we wanted a swim before breakfast so couldn’t do this as a family as we were heading off at 9.

My sister and I stayed for two nights over the Easter weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. We did need to call reception to ask them to contact the room next to us, as the guests were quite loud, and the matter was dealt with promptly. The spa and swimming pool were excellent and enjoyed a massage! Breakfast was served buffet-style, with a great variety of choices.
