Pleasant pool area bit disappointed hor tub not working. Would of liked to sit in bar area for bit longer but wine is so expensive. Overall do like to have odd night away here.

Not impressed with the cooked breakfast it was left out for too long I have worked in catering I was shocked by the condition of the Bacon ,Sausages and especially the baked beans they should of been replaced all the eggs was hard yolks I think the chefs need a refresher course Everything else at the hotel was fine Room very large ideal for my family and my boys loved the swimming pool also playing pool in the bar area with there Grandad would definitely stay again

Very relaxing experience

On a long bike packing adventure, stayed for one night and enjoyed a massage at the spa. Top notch hotel, very helpful solo receptionist also stored my bike in the concierge room. I slept well and had a great breakfast.

It’s ok but the rooms are very dated for the price. Could do with an update. Main areas like lounge and lobby are lovely and modern but it doesn’t run throughout the hotel.

Paid a good price for room.It was clean smelt fresh and was a good size i wish they would put apps like Netflix on the TV's in the rooms as no entertainment other than pool table in bar area.Breakfast was great set out well, fresh fruit, pastries hot cooked breakfasts etc was pleasantly surprised..Would definitely stay here again its good value, even though its looking a bit tired in areas.

We had a good night's sleep in comfortable beds after a tiring journey. The reception is open 24 hours a day, so it wasn't a problem arriving at 1 am. Julie the receptionist is lovely and went above and beyond to help us.

Our stay

Room was clean, staff was friendly, check in and out was easy. However, in our room bed was uncomfortable. We kept rolling off the bed all night. Mattress is probably too old or worn out.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Facilities in the Hotel are very good. Swimming pool is a excellent. I did need my ear plugs at night because you can hear families/other guests in adjacent rooms if they are noisy and I am a light sleeper.
