"We had a lovely 2-night stay at Stone Court House, and particularly want to thank Saban and Belinda who were very approachable, contactable and happy to answer any questions including regarding available amenities. "Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money.
Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

"Three night stay to attend a music festival. The reception area is large, airy and with plenty of seating and has a great little Starbucks counter. The checking in process was flawless and staff were professional and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable albeit a little tired in areas. There was no AC but two fans had been provided which did the trick. The buffet breakfast was excellent, especially the cooked sausage! And totally set us up for the day. It is possible to walk into town but it is also on a bus route which stops across the road from the hotel. For what we wanted this hotel gave us it and more."
