Our stay with 3 children was amazing. The Queen bed room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The children couldn't stop gasping at how great the room was as well as the softness of the pillows and bed. Even though we only stayed for one night to attend a birthday parry in the hotel on the Friday, the experience was top notch and we would be back for sure. Also, great breakfast that's absolutely worthy of the additional price. There are great full English options. My children don't always enjoy hotel breakfast but they couldn't stop going for more as things like tje scrambled egg was a great noble meal.

I liked that as i had forgotten to bring a wash cloth i was able to ask for a wash cloth and it was delivered to my room dinner of fish and chips on the first night was delicious and a generous portion however we chose to use uber eats as we didn't see anything else on the menu that we fancied for dinner overall we'll definitely visit again many thanks to the staff for making our visit very pleasant

Check in was quick and easy but our room key didn’t work which was frustrating having to go back to get that sorted. The mattress was quite hard and the pillows very flat, just not to our comfort, but everyone’s different. The room was very spacious and clean. For the standard of the hotel it’s a real shame the coffee available in the room was very low standard instant coffee. Would have expected a small coffee machine in the room, but as they have a paid for coffee machine in reception that seems a money making trade off. The pool area was great and a very nice addition to the stay.

Very underwhelming for the price we paid, and for the Hilton brand. The pool area didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks and was very run down. The breakfast was far from fresh and quite limited on hot food. I had to put in an order for vegetarian sausages, they came out over cooked and stone cold, which reflected the rest of the food.

The first room 521 had a leaking ceiling and second room air con was faulty and kept turning to high fab at 28 degrees so it was like a sauna. We were offered a fan bit fan did not blow out cold air snd was faulty. Evie the manager was made aware and replied at 3am.
