"Attentive staff, a beautiful room, and ideally situated for The Pantiles, with the beautiful park right on the doorstep. Even though it’s close to the road, it felt so quiet and safe. We loved our stay here, thank you! The only negative was breakfast on our last morning. We were charged for espresso drinks when what we received was actually filter coffee, which is included in the breakfast price. Having enjoyed some really good breakfasts in town that were also less expensive, we felt the hotel breakfast fell a little short in comparison."

"Lovely hotel by the beach. Very friendly staff. We were unexpectedly given a room upgrade which was lovely. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable.
