"Great little guest house and comes with a free car parking space. Donna was an excellent host along with Mia the friendly rescue dog. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts followed by a full Welsh or eggs on toast or a bacon sanwich etc. Deganwy is licensed so we were able to enjoy a drink or 2 in the evening. "Food was excellent and service in the restaurant very good. The overall ambience was very pleasant. Our room was disappointing. It was small with no seat other than the bed. Wardrobe and drawer provision were inadequate even for a 2 night stay. "Amazing place for family with younger children. Our children - 8,6& 2 loved their stay here. We swam every day, attempted crabbing, played in the playground and attended all of the activities put on by the den staff. "Fantastic friendly service. Big bedroom and bathroom, all very clean. The only slight criticisms would be that the curtains are white and very thin so the room was very light from 5:30am making it hard to sleep. There was also no mirror in the room however front desk staff quickly rectified this by allowing us to take the mirror hung in the corridor, I would recommend leaving that mirror in the room (Room 2). Overall an excellent two night stay."

"From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been anymore helpful. We were greeted by two warm, friendly, smiley and wonderful reception staff. Rooms were extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was delicious, from the huge variety on the continental to the super tasty cooked option. We had two wonderful servers at breakfast who set up a table for us to accommodate our puppy who joined us on our trip. He was evev given a cheeky sausage at breakfast. Fantastic service, by all. Thank you"
