"Room was clean, but lacked anywhere to put cases on and no chairs, everything had to live on the floor. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was great but not very clear as to when you could have any treatments and which days they were open."

"I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think carefully before booking. Our original room was unacceptable. There was a strong smell of damp that triggered my asthma. There appeared to be faeces on a towel and the carpet, the bedding was dirty, pillowcases stained, mould was present, ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
