The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks.
Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order.
They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok.
The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open."

"I stayed in the house overlooking the harbour. A couple of flights of stairs.
Had breakfast in the pub which was lovely although I was a bit early at 7:25
I had an evening meal in the sister hotel 50m down the road. It was very nice however £7.00 a pint seams a bit expensive "
"It was very relaxing and enjoyable the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the pool was just as we remembered it looking out side apart from the trees were bigger and this time we sat out side in the sun just like going abroad but a lot cheaper. "

"The cottage was really comfortable and cool in the heat of the day. It was really well designed with great facilities. We loved the location, Charlestown was a lively place with lots of great restaurants and good walks. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back one day. "

"Absolutely beautiful apartment. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Spotlessly clean.Nice welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and toilet rolls was much appreciated.Wonderful sea view from both balconies.Great communication from owners regarding directions, check in and lots of information.No shops restaurants etc in area but good bus service 2 minutes walk away was very handy.Would highly recommend if you want somewhere peaceful and relaxing."
