"We had booked two rooms at this hotel. The one we stayed in had a really overpowering sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which would be ‘covered up’ with a lot of air fresheners after house cleaning. I complained about it to staff and nothing was changed, with staff not mentioning it again. The other room was fine, and, besides the smell, both rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good, though the complimentary breakfast has very few options (they really want you to upgrade for a paid cooked breakfast). The staff were lovely and hard working, I just wished they had at least helped me understand what was going on with the smell in the bedroom."

"As a solo business traveller the hotel was everything I needed and more . The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and their room service option is fast and easy to use . My room was nice with a massive shower . I will definitely be staying here again ."

"The guy who worked at reception was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late around 8pm. When we booked in there was no parking left to use. The guy at reception said no problem you can use my parking space around the back, he said there was room for us and guided us around. He then waited at the back door and let us in to save us walking around to the front of this large hotel. Excellent service from a great and friendly guy. The hotel itself is very tired and run down. Our room was clean so we were not that bothered by it. It was very cheap for the night so bear that in mind you get what you pay for. If you’re easy going like us you wont care. We enjoyed our stay which was made better by the efforts of the friendly guy at reception."

"Large modern room with balcony and seating area overlooking hotel grounds and facilitirs. Nice bar and resturant, buffet style breakfast, frequently refreshed with fresh great tasting food and coffee, quiet and tranquil surroundings. Beautiful."
