"Reception team were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room was OK, but it was a pity that the windows were very dirty. Due to the two groups staying at the hotel we decided to eat out both for dinner and breakfast. Please do not be put off staying here it is a reasonable quality hotel that with a little care and attention could be excellent."

"Easy & efficient check-in, I was lucky to grab a car parking space at the front of the hotel. Due to steps within the front foyer, I had to bring my bags around to a rear entrance & take a lift to the main floor, once I had checked in. My room was spacious with a interesting "alcove" at the headboard, with easy access for switching on the rooms lights. My only niggle was the lack of white bread at breakfast, I prefer to make my own food preferences, not have them made for me. The place was within a easy 5- 10 minute walk to Plymouth Arena."

"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We booked 3 rooms as 4 adults and two children. Rooms were spacious and had a lovely balcony. We booked to be in next door rooms which was lovely. One of our party was a coeliac and the menu and staff gave food options which went down very well. The pool at the Spa was lovely and we all enjoyed a good few hours there. My only gripe was the mattress which was too soft for me, but everyone else were happy with theirs. An excellent two night stay and we would all go back. Thank you."

The location, the attention to details, the fluidity of welcoming attentive and informative staff to impeccable grounds, made it a memorable stay. They combine high end service w/ a feeling of being at home, I will most definitely be booking with them again. Highlights: Spa inclusion w/ room stay (sauna, steam bath all pools especially heated outdoor!) location: coastal pathway to St Charles. Nature walks, no cars to everything I wished to visit. Fabulous ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
