"This Hotel is going through some restoration's at this time, check-in staff are doing a fantastic job with very limited room to operate in. All staff were excellent, even the lady that cleans the room asked if there was anything more she could do. overhaul a really great Hotel in the Heart of Wellington city. Very clean, and very well run."

"Fantastic place to stay, great location, great feel to the place. The lift is slow and there was only 1 accessing our part of the hotel, but this wasn’t the end of the world. I did choose to take the stairs down from 6th floor one day as the lift was being held on another floor, but it wasn’t bad at all. One thing that really frustrates me is having light switches on the outside of the bathroom, so you get up in the night while others are asleep in the room and have to use cell phone torch to light the bathroom or you’ll wake everyone up with the light from the bathroom before you shut the door. They are not alone in this, but it is a crazy feature, that would be worth the cost to alter. "

"Excellent location for an event at the Sky Stadium. Everything so close for restaurants and bars. Rooms are perfect for the 2 nights we were there. Very comfy bed too. "

"For a family group the room we chose, with one queen and two single beds was ideal. The room was tidy and clean. The location is very handy for the Te Papa end of Wellington too. Parking is available for a fee on a first come, first served basis. "

"This was a really spacious apartment right in the centre of the retail district. Plenty of room to walk around and bathroom was set up like an ensuite so very convenient to the bedroom. Plenty of storage and kitchen was well equipped. A short walk to the harbour and plenty of restaurants around. Woolworths and Chemist Warehouse were minutes away. Cupboards, microwave and dryer were too high for me and washing machine didn't have a cold wash because the taps were wrongly hooked up. Apart from that it comes highly recommended."
