"We were not told that special arrangements needed to be made if you were planning on arriving after 7:30pm, which had us standing out on the footpath for half an hour. The TV was not connected to any channels. There was a spillage in one of the bedrooms that hadn’t been cleaned up properly."

"Customer service was excellent, room cleanliness was also excellent. The bathroom was disappointing, shower head only, no shower hose, and shower space very small. The air conditioning was not working effectively if at all. Over all stay was below average. I have had better experience at other NZ Novotel."
