"This was fantastic my only little niggle would be the bed was very slumpy I think bent inwards on one side, because I was travelling alone this time it wasn’t an issue because I could use the other side of the bed. Everything else was amazing staff are very professional exceptional "

"I was a bit worried as I got a very good deal on the room rate- but the hotel was great. Close to Lambton Quay, modern spacious room, great onsite restaurant and staff were very professional and helpful. The lobby area is a little worn and dated and one of the lifts was broken, but it was fine for the price. "

"Stayed a couple of nights to meet up with friends who had booked into here. A realy lovely hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Love the ambience and the artwork. We were upgraded to a suite, which was great. Will stay again for sure. "
