"The information in the booklet was an accurate as to how to contact reception. It recommended in two different places to dial 0# which was also written on the small insert on the wall phone! If they had of been an emergency there would’ve been no communication possible. I randomly tried dialling 9 which connected me with the very pleasant and efficient receptionist. We had three different receptionists and everyone was super pleasant, really helpful which made our stay all the more enjoyable – thank you girls 💯 Regards Erica and Albert Ruiterkamp"
