"The lodge was absolutely wonderful. We honestly had not slept as well as we did at the lodge anywhere else in Japan. Not sure if it was the mountain air, the onsen, or the large rooms that allowed us to settle in and spread out. The hospitality was incredible; the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, including by providing a bountiful breakfast each morning. My husband and I wish we could have stayed there our entire trip!"

"女性の一人旅でも安心して宿泊出来ました。 掃除も行き届いており、とっても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。そしてなんと言っても、オーナーさん夫妻にサービス以上のサービスをして頂き、恐縮な思いと嬉しさでいっぱいになりました。業務用キッチンも夕方〜夜まで使い放題で、『暮らす様に旅をする』こんな方にピッタリなお宿です。朝もコンロは使えませんが（使用時間以外の為）キッチンは使わせて頂く事ができ、夜に作っておいた物と、お宿サービスの朝食と合わせて食べる事が出来、とても良かったです。 とにかく宿泊者目線で運用されていて、素晴らしいお宿でした。ありがとうございました！"

"The property was a bit tired, carpet stained, but the room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The communal bath on the first floor was an unexpected treat. The breakfast was delicious offering a huge variety of offerings that were excellent, including an array of fresh fruits. There was an extra charge of 1100 yen for the breakfast— a bargain!"

"the service was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to try and accommodate English speakers. A very small Japanese continental breakfast was included for free which was nice.
