"For me, it was an excellent choice because I don’t mind walking 17 mins to the hotel from the station.
The room was in a tiny side, but it doesn’t really matter as I only want to sleep.
The cleanliness cannot be faulted and the breakfast was good. There were plenty to choose from. "
"Close to the train station, and all the shops and restaurants and not far to all the things we wanted to see. Very clean and large enough space for 4 of us."

"Excellent location. Less than 5mins walk to Matsumoto stn, tons of restaurants in the area and walking distance to Matsumoto castle. (Maybe 10mins walk? )

The breakfast choice was good as well. "
"They were able to accommodate a last minute booking. Rooms were large for Japanese standard and the free breakfast was better than some we've paid for (eggs, ham, curry, soup, drinks). Would stay here again."

"Requested a toddler bed as advertised as free when I booked the room. It wasn’t provided and when I asked for it I was told that it would be an additional ¥8990.
Pool advertised is also a hefty additional charge"
"Charming property exceptionally clean, special mention of the wonderful onsen, enjoyed our most unusual experience of sleeping in a traditional Japanese room with tatami mats. Our dinner in the restaurant was superb, kudos to the skilled chef! Matsumoto is a lovely town with a slow paced vibe , so different from other Japanese cities."
