Property was clean, staff was helpful. Walls are paper thin and you can hear next door and hallways like they are in your room with you. Rooms are out dated bed was hard. View was great and it’s right in ocean so that’s awesome

All including should mean all inclusive, there are services and restaurants that are not include and have to pay extra for those or be a club member of the hotel.

There were some particular parts of the property that could used some extra attention such as the beach. The food was so so. Also, if you book through Expedia, you get singled out with a different color arm band with a little different treatment. Some of the staff such as JC who waited on us several days on the beach and Miguel were fantastic. We will consider the Mia again but at the same time will also consider other places as well.

I didn’t like the breakfast lunch of dinner. Seems like they use the same oil for everything. I hate the fact that they charge you 150$ American dollar for a day bed. We just swam across n got one for 50$. Plastics cups dirty n smelly for the beer. It smelled horrible in the chairs right by the beach. Dnt get fooled . Pictures look nice but that’s not the case. Disappointed

Mia reef is amazing this my second time going there is my favorite place!! The water is magical, the stuff was amazing special JC the waitress he’s amazing guy food was amazing, the room are clean, they have live music every night they have water activity every day, I can not wait to go again see you soon Mia reef thank you for everything,

This property needs a huge change if they want to stay in business, from the moment I arrived the staff was more focused on selling a memebership than helping with our check in process and luggage assitance, facility is dirty , bad smell room was bad with mold and stains in the walls. The food at the Buffett was horrrible with few options I didn’t feel safe trying so I had to go out and dine in local restaurants, the pool didn’t look clean and the drinks at the bar were also bad and service not the best , pls don’t stay at this place your vacation will be ruined
