"From the get go the gentleman from South America was amazing. His level of service and proficiency was recommendable especially stating that he only started a month ago. To my surprise Meriton also upgraded one of my rooms without my knowledge so that was a nice surprise. (I had 2 rooms under my booking) I was there for 2 nights and thr whole time the staff were amazing. Very friendly and willing to assist. My only wish was the shampoo/conditioner/body was is soo small and found 1 wasnt enough. Hahahaha very minor but I still give 5 stars."

"Overall, this hotel is great and the staff are incredibly friendly! It is in an amazing location with walkable distance to many key sight seeing activities in Sydney (Opera House, SEALIFE, etc.). The staff allowed us to leave our bags at the front since we checked in early and checked out late. The only thing was that we found the bed a little hard, but other than that it met all our expectations! "
