"Quirky place inside but great staff and good rooms. Very well located with parking right across the road. Easy walk to Barangaroo and there is a metro station really close as well. Been there before and will return for any city stays."
"One of the easiest accomodations I've ever stayed at. Easy check in, clean & well functioning room, great location and great staff. Pool facilities were also a great addition to our stay. Would definitely stay here our next trip!"

"This was an excellent place to stay for our 2 day visit to Sydney, we climbed the Harbor Bridge, toured the Opera House, and took a Cabaret Cruise all within walking distance."
"Great! Hyatt hotel location is excellent and within walking distance to many shopping areas, restaurants, train stations and harbor wharf attractions.
Hotel host at the check-in counter is excellent in particular Vida Galicia. She is very nice and took care of our accommodation great! Thank you to Vida!"
"Good location and easily accessible by train. The front desk staff was attentive and engaged. I stopped by 2 days before my check-in to ask if they would hold my luggage as I was traveling to another city and did not want to carry my large luggage, and they accommodated the request.
Two things to call out. There was no daily room service which I was not aware until I checked in. I did not understand where to drop off my garbage from dinner so the pizza box stayed in my room. I had thought I would see a room attendant in the morning walking the halls, but did not see that either. Also, I asked for a 5:45 am wake up call as I had an early flight, but did not receive it. When I was checking out at 6:15 am I realized there was no one at the desk and you pretty much drop your key off at an express check out kiosk. "
