"It was our anniversary and the staff made it so special for us. They upgrade our room and it was gorgeous! Even though there were cruise ships, it was still so quiet in the room. We had an amazing time!"

" Quick and painless check in, very close to the airport and offers shuttle, outdoor mall very close, also the train station nearby, cute gift shop downstairs with a cafe at the front. Only wish we had more time to explore area. "

Rooms are upstairs with no accessible entrance, though staff will gladly carry your bags upstairs; a grocery store and the popular Yolk breakfast spot are directly across the street, and the hotel’s attached diner and bar (the wagyu burger and onion rings were fantastic) make for easy dining options before your cruise."
