"The room was clean and well organized. We noticed the coffee maker was not working and after calling the guest services it was replaced within minutes. Excellent customer service in every department from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeper. The only issue we had was that the parking ticket was not updated and it caused a issue with one of the other guests leaving behind us and was extremely angry at us and almost caused a altercation. "

The signage for figuring out the elevator configurations is a little sketchy but once you understand the double penthouse elevator thing it works well. The view from the room is spectacular."
