One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to shopping malls, restaurants, and subway stations. You can lie in bed and enjoy a picturesque sea view. The room is spacious, very clean, and stylish. The staff are professional and friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. This hotel was so beautiful. It was one of four I stayed at when visiting Japan. Right across the street is the Yakohoma Art Museum and then a 4 minute walk there’s a huge shopping center in the landmark tower where you can take a super fast elevator to the top floor to view Japan. There’s so many restaurant options and shopping. I loved staying at this hotel. There was also a delicious restaurant in the hotel that we dined at. It was Japanese take on Italian. I enjoyed it very much. The hotel also has a pool. We loved this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel, centrally located. It has three different shopping malls right next to it, a great breakfast buffett, and with in a short walk from two different train stations. The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower and tub very nice and the pool has a great view. I highly recommend for couples and family's. If traveling with children there is an amusement park next to the hotel.

Excellent and clean stay. Such a beautiful view of the Yokohama pier we got lucky and got a view of Mount Fuji that we woke up to everyday. Spectacular and clean room. Would highly recommend staying here. It’s about a 23 minute walk from Yokohama station, but there is a station only 5 minutes where the mall is located near Queens tower and very easy to use.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. My wife is a vegetarian so not quite as good a choice as it was for me.but still good. Hotel views are amazing. Close to Sakuragicho station and Minatomirai station. Yokohama is so underrated. As far as I'm concerned keep it that way. It's part of its charm. Would love to go back. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is the nicest hotel we ever stayed in.The staff are outstanding and very hospitable and kind.The manager of the rooms department, Riri, went above and beyond to make our stay in Japan very memorable and the wow factor. The pools, laundry facilities, buffet, cleanliness and the environment was superb.The rooms were much larger than most in Japan.The views from the hotel were stunning especially the rooms facing the harbour. The back rooms faced Mt.Fuji.They supplied many personal items if needed as razors, toothbrushes, combs etc.It is very convenient to walk to the train to go to the cruise terminal and to travel to Tokyo etc. Many restaurants, shopping, transportation,and beautiful safe surroundings.We cannot say enough about the whole excellent hotel experience.
