I would not recommend it as your home base for a full vacation to Tokyo as it isn't very accessible to the trains except by shuttle bus. However, we found the shuttle buses very good for getting from the train station to the hotel and hotel to the airport. The buffet breakfast was also very good and reasonably priced. "
