The location within the city is great. Lots of city life around. The downside is the parking lot is several blocks away. The rooms feel a bit dated but what makes up for this is the in-suite water filter and……FREE BEER on tap from 3pm-8pm. The Lawson next door is also connected directly into the hotel from the inside making it convenient to visit. Because of this, we never dined at the restaurant itself.

Just right outside Fujisawa train station, plenty of parkings around the hotel. The rooms are very new and clean, staff are very helpful. They also provide free unlimited beer between 3pm and 8pm. Highly recommended for other tourists.

Convenient stay

The hotel is so close to Fujisawa station and very convenient. All the staff were so courteous and helpful. Compared to other similar hotels, the room and bathroom were slightly bigger.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. You can park at Times Parking building within walking distance and have your parking card validated by the hotel and you only need to pay 1,200 Yen per day/24 hours. Fujisawa JR Train Station is very close to the hotel as well. This is the hotel hotel I stayed in Japan that has free beer on tap every day until 8:00pm. The beer taste good too. It might be a Kirin or Asahi. I would stay again.

The hotel is clean and the facilities are well updated. Staff are overall friendly and helpful, except one young lady at the front desk. She was wearing a straight face the whole time. We arrived at 2:45pm and approached the front desk to check in, but she just told us we can't until 3pm. Not a word more. Not just to us, she did the same to other customers too. In my opinion she would be more presentable if she is a little bit relax to customers and put a little smile on her face. I hope she is new and getting better with some more training. Sorry i could only give a 3 stars because of this. The hotel itself is great.
