"The room was very comfortable and large by Japanese standards. I stayed in a Premier Grand floor and enjoyed the extra amenities and the lounge which offered a nice quiet breakfast area. The other breakfast restaurants are full and have lines to get in. The staff was very professional and warm."

"It’s rather pricey place to stay but every penny you spend is worth the experience. I took a morning walk in the garden. I have stayed here before and I love everything about this place. 7 Eleven is located in the basement which is new to me and I love the ideas. "

"Only bummer was not being able to go out and see the Godzilla. It’s been closed since November last year and is still, so if that’s the reason you wanna book- don’t. Otherwise, amazing hotel and the proximity to shinjuku station is UNBEATABLE. Night time is busy and not very kid friendly but also not obscene. Also the breakfast buffet was great — I wish I could get the recipe for their croquettes "
