"Ficamos apenas uma noite, 3 adultos e uma criança. Escolhemos para ficarmos mais próximos da estação de trem, já que nossa saída seria cedo. Apesar de ser do grupo Hyatt, o check in opera de forma diferente do staff do Hyatt Ziva. Não conseguimos usar o transporte do hotel para o trem maya. O quarto é confortável, as camas e travesseiros são bons. Tudo muito limpo, agradável e com bom cheiro. O chuveiro bom tbm!"
Ventus Ha at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"This was our 3rd time staying at the Ventus Ha. Staff and the grounds are exceptional! We love the jungle atmosphere that they maintain extremely well. Staff are super helpful and nice! We love all the pool options and there are many! Clean pools as well! The kids' favorite thing to do was the Mountain! They got to jump off of a cliff into a deep pool - so cool! If you stay at the Ventus Ha and you want to go to the main pools, you will have a long walk. If you know that going in, it's ok. It can turn into about a 10 min to the main buffet restaurant. The food was good. Have to watch your times for the lunch buffet to not have to wait for more food. Our favorite restaurant was the Japanese one - excellent food!"

"Paloma at the front desk was the most amazing, accommodating woman to work with! She graciously upgraded our room free of charge to a beautiful ocean front spacious room!!"

"The staff made all the difference. Everyone was welcoming and kind making contact with a smile. The only disappointment was the fact that the one cannot go in the water at the beach due to the sargassum (the water is literally brown). This is not a beach hotel however the pool was lovely, the food delicious and the staff was very friendly. It is a quieter hotel very family oriented and good for a relaxing vacation. There is nothing directly out side of the hotel so you have to venture out using taxy as it is not within walking distance to the hotel strips or local businesses."

"Every single thing was exceptional! From check in to check out! This place is amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The staff, every single person was friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic! Service was incredible! My favorite part, the two different swimming pools. The serenity pool was calm and quiet for relaxing days. Other pool had a DJ, games etc. if you wanted to have fun. I can’t say enough great things about this resort!"
