Their shuttle bus service was great, nothing to be concerned about at all. The shared facilities are the best we've seen on in the trip including a much needed 24 hour gym. In addition, the rooms are to die for, really happy we stated and would do so again on our next trip! Thanks!"

"Amazing experience with Ten-yu. We spent a few hours in the attached water park and enjoyed the private onset in the balcony. Free ice cream, tea and snacks in lobby was an added bonus. No need to even pack a bag- clothes, night dresses and all toiletries were complimentary. "
