"Lovely hotel. We were in the extra building as we wanted low floor. We arrived and were lucky to get a parking space. Easy to get the permit from reception. Breakfast gorgeous. Only downside for me was that the pillows were too hard and no option of a soft fluffy pillow"
"Very comfortable bed and helpful staff. Antique furniture in the room might be nice to look at but it’s not always comfortable to use. Would’ve been nice if there had been a couple of comfortable chairs in the room. Also, having only a small cafetière in the room means that it has to be cleaned out after each use. That includes disposing of coffee grinds. Where do you put them?"
"Very kind staff for both the stay and dinner, accommodating for requests. The room had a cozy classic vibe and remodeled recently. The inn is right in the center of the town and very walkable with lots of little places around for food and shopping. The food at the attached restaurant was fantastic all around!"
"Booked the property then got suspicious of a load of 10/10 reviews that appeared overnight. I tried to cancel and heard nothing at all, sent multiple messages but nothing. No payment taken but really stressful wondering if they would take payment. It felt pointless booking through VRBO as they seemed to have no ability to cancel the booking on my behalf. I can’t comment on the check in, cleanliness or location as the booking did not go ahead, but I would never book with this host again as they were unable or unwilling to cancel the booking or communicate with me about anything. "The room was lovely (room 5) with a very comfy bed, decent enough facilities, but no complimentary biscuits, which is unusual, but understandable in these times.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, rushed off their feet as most places, but knew what they were doing.

"Beautiful cottage nestled away from the main town but still centre is a couple of mins away . Lovely and quiet . Well equipped even to a much needed plaster when I cut my finger . Plenty of storage in the bedroom and a comfy bed . Bathroom is small but room to store your toiletries ."

"We had a lovely 9 night stay in Kingfisher Cottage, it is ideally situated for walking with lots of routes from outside the front door. the cottage is comfortable and extremely well equipped with plenty of crockery, utensils etc enabling you to prepare meals, couple of good pubs in the village which serve meals. We loved the area and are planning on returning in the future."
