"The room was very clean, well decorated and contained a fridge and safe. (Only thing missing was a desk/dressing table). The staff were all polite and helpful and the spa facilities excellent. We’ll be back."

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great stay"

"It was alright I just don't like that the spa closes so early and also when you do go there in the morning thr hot tub ain't to hot but the lady at the first desk was really lovely "

"We had a pleasant 1 night stay. Check in was made effortless and welcoming by the young lady on reception (sorry I didn’t catch your name but it was Saturday 7th afternoon). We used the gym and pool which had been recently refurbished and were great. There seems to be other renovations taking place which the hotel could benefit from. Good value for money."

"Staff were extremely helpful, room was clean and spacious. My only criticism would be that I wasn’t told that if I had pre-booked breakfast it would have been cheaper. I think £18.49 is a bit steep for breakfast"

"Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was very comfortable and clean with good facilities. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very nice buffet breakfast with a good vegetarian selection. Highly recommend!"
