"It was a great place to stay, having the pub next door was a great bonus. We were greeted with great politeness and everything explained. The room was massive, Queen size bed nice comfortable. The breakfast was great value for the price, full English, cereal tea/coffee, juice and plenty of toast. So all in all i would recommend. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Lathkil hotel, the staff there were very welcoming and accommodating, including allowing us into our room early so we could drop off our things and go for a hike as soon as we arrived. The breakfast was great and the views stunning, would definitely recommend."

"Nice hotel, room well equipped, breakfast service was slow and only one cereal available, if you love spiders theres a big one in its web in the velxlux window above the stairs that lead up to the rooms. Other than that good value for £70 a night bnb but not great when saturday prices are £167 bnb on a Saturday night. Down side to was reception didnt open until 10 am on a Saturday even though sign said 9am. Would feel better if receotion was maned 24/7"

"We stayed the this property for one night and was not disappointed. From the minute we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who showed us to our gorgeous room for the night. The interior decor of the room was beautifully thought through and fet cosy and homely. We were provided with a selection of coffee pods to use on with the coffee machine, whilst also having milk and a bottle of water available in the fridge. "We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Our room was very nice and comfortable and the four poster bed was lovely as well. The food at the hotel is very nice and very well priced and the real ales are superb. Although they don’t do breakfast there are plenty of places to get breakfast, we used Ye Old Nags Head and for £10.95 it was value for money. The pub is situated in a small village and there is road noise but it’s quiet at night. It’s an incredibly old building so obviously not going to be modern and sparkling new. A nice stay "
