One query: Either the online description or the very detailed electronic guide available when you have booked is slightly confusing. There is a reference to TVs in a number of rooms and unless we were really dim, the only TV was in the room off from the living room. This was perfect for us as we wanted family time but this might not be the case for everyone. Thank you for letting us share the property. "

Communication prior to check in was prompt, the host offering advice as to the best places to go to eat taking a dog.As for the accommodation, it exceeded my expectation. It was immaculate and everything you could possibly need was provided, including a welcome pack containing the basics, bread, milk, butter etc ( and dog biscuits too)We will definitely be back."

The beds were comfy and the cottage was clean and well thought-out. Vinod was a considerate host and easy to contact when needed. The location is handy for lots of lovely walks and Chatsworth House is a short drive away. We would happily stay here again!"
