Lovely hotel

Great location, easy parking, lovely pool, comfy room with balcony and nice breakfast. Dinner was also good, and bar area comfy. Some parts of room/hotel need a little maintenance, but that didn't stop us enjoying our stay.

I love staying here and i find it’s my happy place as i always have one of the rooms facing the pool with a balcony and in summer you can sit outside and think you are anywhere in the world. The food is amazing The staff are always willing to help. Looking forward to my next stay.

Highly recommended!

It was great! The staff were nice and approachable. They upgraded our room when I requested a closer room to the entrance as I am 30 weeks pregnant. The spa and pool were amazing as well. We enjoyed it. We'll be back again.

Good overall

Overall we had a lovely stay, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room (11) was clean with plenty of toilet roll and body wash. No hairdryer or extra sheets/ pillows which was disappointing. And the decor could do with being updated - ripped wallpaper, stains on cushion covers.

Comfortable overnight stay in lovely location

Lovely clean and comfortable Hotel in a beautiful quiet location. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Very friendly and welcoming lady on reception Would definitely stay again. We stayed in the annexe with a pool view and a balcony .Would stay again in the warmer weather and enjoy that outdoor pool 😊

We were sold a dream. We turned up and was blown away with the main hotel, but to be told were round the back (described as an annex). As we drove round the back we got more concerned,as it seemed to be leading to a derelict part of the grounds. The building we were staying in looked like a 1970s Butlins Chalet, block that was currently being knocked down. There was a big area of builders materials, and on the entrance were what can describe as the bins. The room was ok but felt like we were lower class shoved out the back. The reception staff would make a great car salesman, he sold us the dream. The reason for booking the room was to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday, good job she is understanding.
