"Fabulous boat ride and stay in Hal long Bay, Vietnam. The food was amazing. The staff couldn’t have been better. It was just a wonderful trip all the way around. The cooking class was fun too! Loved the trip!"
"We had an amazing overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming, informative and professional. We opted to have dinner in our room (private dining). This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. I hightly recommended Ambassador Cruises in Ha Long Bay."

"We actually ended up in the bay Lan Ha next to Ha Long. Same scenery but less boats. Our craft was called Paradise Grand. Just delightful with delicious food and fun activities like cooking class, cave tour, village visit. Cannot recommend more highly. Not the cheapest choice so favoured by couples over 35 I would say. Not a party boat"

I had read some reviews about how Ha Long Bay is dirty and overcrowded. I did not see a single piece of floating litter and while there were TONS of ships in sight, they staggered their schedules really well, giving space at activities.

Ha Long Bay was beautiful. The town itself was just okay. It was like a ghost town, which meant not much else to do other than the boat excursion.

I was VERY disappointed on my boat tour as was many others. Every place we stopped was VERY OVERCROWDED. At Tetop island, most of us didn't even leave the boat. It was ridiculous!! At one time I counted over 30 big boats all trying to land

I can see there are constructions so next time I can expect to do more than just a cruise. If they can build attractions (water park, little village...) than I can spend more days in that area.

It's beautiful. Must see. In front of the hotel with many restaurants. Most restaurants offered very similar menu.
"Wonderful resort with breathtaking view from our room. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this resort. Will come back again soon."
