The Five Hotel & Resort Evara was a hidden gem that we found cloes to Hanoi which is just a 30 ride away. We stayed there for 4 nights and the place was super clean, modern, and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well. The place was also serviced daily.
It also had a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave oven as well as a cook top. The only (minor) issue was that there were no cookware, utensils, or plates provided. We didn't have time to cook so it wasn't much of an issue. But the availability of a cooktop felt redundant because there were no other equipment to cook with.
Overall, the place was really nice and would definitely boo again if we come back.

The spa was extremely noisy. all i could hear was kids screaming. but the staff was apologetic about the situation. the room offered no privacy, as anyone could look into our room from any side so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. `The food was excellent and the nature was pretty.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
