Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat."
"Excellent service on shore and at sea. Food was decent, a bounty of options and they accommodated my vegetarian diet nicely. Bus transfers from Hanoi very well-managed. Staterooms are comfortable but basic and dated. This is a budget-friendly tour and I was personally happy, but by no means is this a luxury cruise or an high-end experience.

The Good - the staffs are friendly and always served with a smile. I'd like to praise our tour manager Ariel specially for her professionalism. She lost her cellphone while trying to keep guest from falling off the bamboo boat. She continued to serve with a smile despite losing a phone that could cost her a month's salary plus vital informations that may not be recoverable.
The bad - the dinner was good. However the French-style portions are...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night, 2 days on Dora cruise. The bus that picked us up from Hanoi was amazing! It was like being in first class! Once we got on the boat from the tender it was straight into a delicious set lunch. We were in room 202 which was a bit more expensive but worth it for the panoramic views. Denis our waiter was lovely and so attentive and thoughtful bringing our son some ginger tea to help his upset stomach. The activities of kayaking and jumping off the boat swimming were lots of fun. All the staff were excellent. Highly recommend this Dora cruise!"
"Everything was professionally done from the welcome center/waiting area, boat that takes you to yacht, luggages waiting at your room. Boat is impressive one year new. "Wonderful resort with breathtaking view from our room. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this resort. Will come back again soon."
