This hotel is absolutely stunning with an incredible view of Halong Bay. The room and facilities are some of the best I have experienced. The food and drinks are reasonable priced for a 5 star hotel and the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for your stay at Halong Bay

This is a stunning property with beautiful views of Halong Bay from every window. My room was amazing - possibly the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The food in the hotel is outstanding with plenty of variety. I would highly recommend this idyllic property.

Most beautiful property I have ever stayed in! The staff was wonderful. The room was fabulous. The concierge Anh Tran was more than helpful, he suggested many special things to see and do, he was great. And Tiep helped greatly with taxis. We stayed 8 nights at InterContinental Halong Bay as a group of four adults, with both breakfast and dinner included. As this was our first time visiting Vietnam, the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the food was consistently amazing. Breakfast and dinner offered great variety and quality every day. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. An outstanding stay overall—highly recommended.

Our stay at InterContinental Ha Long Bay was fantastic. The property is fairly new, and everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring the area. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was one of our favorite spots, especially with the bar right there. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the view. The beach was also great for walking. We loved strolling along the shoreline and seeing so many shells and bits of sea life along the way. It made for a really peaceful experience. We also treated ourselves to a couples massage at the spa, which was extremely relaxing and a great highlight of the trip. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with excellent service, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.

The hotel is a gem. It’s beautiful and has incredible views and direct beach access. Lovely sunset views from the beach and a stylish decor. We did find the pricing of food in the restaurant obscene compared to the wonderful options a short ride away and mediocre at best. For example we had a spaghetti bolognese and stir fried noodles for 950k… We went to one of the nicest restaurants in town that night for dinner and got 2 bowls of crab soup, 12 oysters, salmon entree, shrimp entree and asparagus for the same cost! We reached out to concierge service to arrange our transportation back to hanoi and we were quoted $4,500,000… I check 3 different services and wasn’t quoted over $1,500,000. That’s just offensive. The hotel helped us celebrate with a piece of cake for our honeymoon, which was sweet but overall service in hotel isn’t up 5⭐️ rating. Sat with dirty dishes in room our entire stay despite someone coming by the room. We’ve stayed at Intercontinental Properties all over the world, and this just was not the same experience. We have come to expect from the brand.

I couldn’t ask for more! This hotel is more than beautiful! The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable 🌹 and the food from the 3 restaurants that we tried was so delicious! ( Yulong mansion, Roku Japanese restaurant and bar, marina’s kitchen)

The most beautiful, well finished hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was a great size, staff so pleasant and helpful and the amenities top class. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
