"quiet area, great hotel, clean with friendly staff"

"Hotel is cheap and close to the busy area. Owners were amazing and hooked us up in so many ways. They rented us a cheap motorbike, booked our tour, translated phrases to get us back to the airport in Hanoi, and got us a taxi. Won us over for sure. The hotel is good but the service is amazing. "

"room was good, though very basic. Staff were helpful, di not inform us that restaurant not open for dinner even though the website says it is. good location, close to sea promenade, limestone formations very visible, even from the room."
