"Hotel and the staff was great. But they need to have more food choice. We was there 3 days. Eat same food. No fruits choice but watermelon. No snack or vegetables, salad or else. Although we was happy with the hotel"

"This was a beautiful resort in a very nice location. Unfortunately, two of the pools were closed when we were there for maintenance and the weather wasn’t very nice so we were unable to use the beach facilities. There was only one restaurant open for supper dining options. We had to pay for a shuttle into town or you could walk about 20 minutes. It is a bigger resort and felt a little bit more impersonal than some of the smaller properties we’ve stayed at on our trip to Vietnam. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, you didn’t get as much of a personal touch as you do in some smaller places."

"Checked in very early morning after night bus. Nice room, comfy bed, didn’t have the included breakfast due to the early arrival. Nice staff "

"We payed for a night in the bay, but a monsoon cancelled the overnight stay and the 2nd day on the boat. We were moved a hotel in Halong instead but this took several hours, once the Atheana manager turned up things improved but wasn't the 1st class experience we had paid for. I cant recommend it."

"Very clean hotel with well-maintained rooms and facilities. The view of Ha Long Bay is beautiful, especially in the morning. Breakfast has a great variety with both Asian and Western options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
