Excellent hotel with amazing views. Conveniently located and just a quick (and cheap) Grab to go to the other side of Ha Long Bay. Great walk ability to plenty of food options. Clean and spacious rooms, and the room service was excellent!

One of the finest hotels and we were extended all the facilities. The view of the limestone islands in the bay from the room was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were friendly. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel with the most helpful Staff

Visiting DeLaSea is always a great experience, since the moment you check-in at the front desk in the Lobby, all the staff is helpful and charming. The rooms are spacious and the view of Ha Long Bay on the Ocean side is just breathtaking, so beautiful. I will be going back definitely always.

This hotel brings a feeling of luxury and peace. The breathtaking view of Ha Long Bay from the hotel is amazing. The rooms are elegantly decorated. The hospitality of the staff is commendable. We visited Ha Long Bay for the boat trip which was great and decided to stay over . However Ha Long Bay does not have a lot to offer as there is nothing else to do and hotel is abit out of the main area , The hotel itself is very comfortable and modern . However feel it is more geared up for Vietnamese than Western hotels .

The view is so amazing from our room. The staffers are so friendly and helpful. The property is good in condition. Food is not really good for breakfast, the dining room is large, but still small for too crowd specially on the weekend. The hallway wasn't really smelling good. Just such friendly opinions. Needs a little improvement, but still recommended to everyone. Loved and was happy to stay here. Will come back as have a change.

First of all our Executive Suite wasn't ready at the time that check-in was so we had to wait an hour for that then we get into our Executive Suite and the TVs don't work so they require that we waited 3 hours in our hotel room because they needed to decide whether they could move us to another room or switch out TVs we got tired of waiting and told them they need to fix it they finally fixed the TVs late that night really didn't do anything to compensate us then we went out today which is Monday and came back to a disgusting dirty tub

Spent 2 days with family at hotel. Would definitely recommend. Quick ride to boat terminal. Room was clean. Pool was great for the kids. The 2 ladies, Diem Phuong and Duong Hue , were of great help. Some staff can speak English and Mandarin. Hope you enjoy as much as my family did. Only thing to keep in mind that buffet breakfast hours are different from weekdays to weekends.

All the staff were absolutely fantastic. They were always happy to assist with our requests. Went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. Would love to give 5 stars, but there were a couple of maitenance issues. Minor leak from ceiling in bathroom, maintenance team said they fixed it, but it continued to leak. Some minor issue with shower flooding, maintenance told us that it was user error mmmm, I'm pretty sure i know how to take a shower. Food was good and several options available, which was great as I can be quite a fussy eater. Breakfast options were good also and well priced. As i said earlier the only thing I can fault is the maitenance and upkeep of facilities. Value for money, great staff, good food, fantastic views. Thank to all for making my stay a great one. Hope to see you all again next year.

Decent hotel - decent service, but not a five star hotel judging from western standards. The hotel is in the ‘middle of nowhere’, but the entire ha long city seems to be a ghost town. Had we known, we would not have stayed the night, but just gone for a day trip with an evening ride back to Hanoi

Nice hotel. The room was nice and the staff were helpful. View was great as we booked a room with ocean view. Restaurant was average, very limites vegetarian options. Prices were as expected for hotel food. The sound isolation was bad, as we could hear dogs barking, horns from cars and so on. Training room left something to be desired, very limited.
